• 老撾75,000/220kV出口項目：已啟動鐵心疊片剪裁工序，剪裁精度控制在±0.02mm以內(nèi)，確保磁路均勻性。下一階段將進(jìn)行鐵心疊裝與線圈繞制等關(guān)鍵工序。

• 九龍45,000/110kV變壓器：繞組引線工作已完成，接下來將進(jìn)行真空烘干與整形校正，以滿足高壓絕緣間隙及運行穩(wěn)定性要求。

• 萬興環(huán)保40,000/110kV機(jī)組返修：今日順利通過溫升、耐壓、局部放電等核心試驗，所有性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到或優(yōu)于出廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，現(xiàn)已裝車發(fā)運。

• Laos 75,000/220kV Export Project: Commenced core lamination cutting with precision maintained within ±0.02mm to ensure uniform magnetic circuits. The next phase will involve core stacking and coil winding.

• Jiulong 45,000/110kV Transformer: Completed coil lead attachment; proceeding to vacuum drying and shape correction to meet high-voltage insulation clearance and operational stability requirements.

• Wanxing Environmental Protection 40,000/110kV Overhaul: Successfully passed critical tests, including temperature rise, withstand voltage, and partial discharge, with all performance metrics meeting or exceeding factory standards; the unit has been loaded and dispatched.
